Attorney at law
Anne Foley’s estate planning practice concentrates in the drafting of documents, primarily trusts and wills. She also represents trustees regarding their duties both under the law and in compliance with trust documents.
The full range of her estate planning practice includes drafting revocable living trusts, drafting credit shelter and marital trust provisions, drafting specific bequest provisions, drafting special needs trusts and drafting pour-over wills with child guardianship designations.
Anne works with trustees assisting them with the implementation of trust provisions and the distribution of trust assets.
Anne has been practicing law for over thirty years. She was awarded the Estate Planning Law Specialist Credential in 2017.
